Tim & Karen Branoff

We are Realtors with First Team Surf City, working in Huntington Beach, Huntington Harbour, Seacliff and the rest of coastal Orange County. We met as full-time Realtors in Huntington Beach in 1990 and married in 1991. We raised two daughters here. Our roots in Huntington Harbour run deep.

Between us that adds up to more than thirty-eight years in this work and over four hundred million dollars in closed sales, though neither of those numbers is the reason we started writing. We started writing because after that many years of sitting at other people's kitchen tables, you accumulate a way of seeing a place that has very little to do with the housing market.

Most of our business comes from people we have already worked with, or from someone they sent. That shapes everything: how we answer the phone, how we tell someone a house is wrong for them, how carefully we try to be worth recommending.

Community

Over the years we have been connected to La Casa, Anglers of Huntington Harbour, Robyne's Nest, Stars and Stripes, the Surfrider Foundation, the Flying Dutchman, and the Huntington Harbour Yacht Club. That list tells you a fair amount about this town — water, kids, service, and people who keep showing up.
